2024 Promoted Charity Application Form
To register to become a charity partner for Santa in the City please complete and submit the following form.
There is no cost or commitment to become a promoted charity with us, all we ask is that you promote the event to your supporters where you can. We will in return provide:
Promotion of your charity on the event website(s) and social media (where possible). We just need your logo, copy, and URL
Inclusion in local and national TV, radio, social, and press campaign and feature your runners where we secure it and it is applicable
Provision of pre-event comms content
Marketing resources, and event runner pack to help you promote the events to your supporters and participants
Promoted Charities will be contacted at the end of November to provide participant details, and invoices for filled places will be sent to charities at the beginning of December. Please contact us if you have any questions.
